I have worked with Krister Salas two times now. First he sold my house in Bonaire and then he helped me to purchase a property in the Old Town of Alcudia.
Many had tried to buy this somewhat special corner of the historic old town, but they all failed due to a somewhat complicated owner structure.
Krister managed to get them all to the table and finally agree to sell. I will of course use his services next time around as well!

We used Krister Salas. He was excellent and honest. He has a great philosophy and works for an estate agent. He put us in touch with an excellent lawyer. We had no problems. My husband is a lawyer so it was also important for us that everything was legal. We did see a few Properties with illegal pools but we discounted those immediately and moved on.

As a Mallorca lover, I've been looking for a "second home" in the north, preferably in Puerto Pollensa, for quite some time.

Un jour de printemps, il m'a semblé que Majorque répondait à mes espérances de nouvelle maison. Une maison précise m'a conduite à rencontrer Krister. Par téléphone.
Il a tout de suite compris mon projet et m'a guidée pour en faire le tour : la recherche à distance, des visites en hiver, et m'a donné l'impression qu'il se sentait impliqué lui aussi, à mon grand étonnement !...
6 ans plus tard, un achat est devenu possible. Il a piloté en très peu de temps un tas de visites. Son Agence Rodemann & Wood et lui ont alors réalisé l'achat.
Depuis, il m'aide chaque fois que nécessaire, ceci n'étant qu'un résumé de tous ses conseils et interventions !...
